Throughout March, the artichoke once again takes center stage on tables in the Baix Llobregat region with a new edition of the "Carxofa Baix en los restaurantes Sabors de l'Horta" campaign. From March 1st to 31st, the 32 participating establishments will offer an artichoke tapa created especially for the occasion, showcasing this seasonal product with varied and creative preparations.

Through the website , interested individuals can download a coupon that will allow them to enjoy a free appetizer made with artichokes from the Baix Llobregat region at lunch or dinner in any of the 32 restaurants belonging to the Sabors de l'Horta collective that are participating in the initiative. The process is very simple: download the coupon, make a reservation at one of the participating restaurants, and present it at the establishment to enjoy this free artichoke treat.

Giveaway of 10 local gastronomic experiences

In addition, everyone who downloads the coupon and fills out the registration form will automatically be entered into a drawing for an exclusive gastronomic experience. The winners will enjoy a day on Sunday, April 12th, which will include a guided tour of a farm in the Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park, where they will learn about artichoke cultivation and other local products. Afterwards, they will share lunch for two at one of the restaurants belonging to the Sabors de l'Horta collective.

In total, 10 experiences will be raffled off, allowing 20 people to experience this proposal that combines gastronomy and agriculture, with the aim of highlighting the quality and uniqueness of the Baix Llobregat artichoke and supporting both local producers and nearby restaurants.
