La Cursa del Tractor in Casserres

Casserres celebrates the "Cursa del Tractor"!

A different, fun and demanding night race, in which participants will have to complete lap after lap before the allotted time runs out.

The format is simple: the race starts at a manageable pace, but each round is faster than the last. Runners who fail to reach the finish line within the allotted time are eliminated, while the rest continue until they complete the rounds or are knocked out of the competition. The speed gradually increases from 4 km/h to almost 22 km/h, making the challenge a true test of endurance.

The event features a competitive format and a more accessible option that allows participants to take part in the initial rounds, making it easier for people of all ages to enjoy the experience. Additionally, during these early rounds, bib numbers will be awarded for entry into the full race.

The atmosphere will also be a key part of the day, with a team classification that will reward participation, enthusiasm, and the best team cheer. The prize will consist of locally sourced products from Casserres.

After the race, the day will continue around the table with dinner, bringing to a close a night where sport, humor and a small-town atmosphere go hand in hand.
