Guided visit to the Vallferosa Tower, Solsonès
The location of Vallferosa is peculiar: sunken in a valley, surrounded by a wild forest, but dominant as it leads from the flat lands of the interior to the Pre-Pyrenees.
The guided tour includes a visit to the tower, 33 metres high; the church of Sant Pere, right next door, and the remains of the old village of Vallferosa, inhabited until 1939.
*Important note: once the guide's explanations are over, anyone who wants to can go up to the top of the tower as an optional extra to the visit. The stairs to climb are difficult and not suitable for everyone (NOT recommended for children and people with mobility problems).
Don't miss it!
