Visit the parks and gardens of Mollet del Vallès
The Plaza de los Mercaders, the Rambla de Pompeu Fabra and the Parque de las Pruneres are three emblematic spaces in Mollet del Vallès that are part of the daily life of the city and that hide a great wealth of landscape, history and environment.
On December 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a free guided tour will be offered, allowing participants to discover these places from a different perspective, delving into their significance and importance within the urban landscape. The activity will begin in Plaza de los Mercaderes, the meeting point located at the entrance to Calle de las Ordidores, and will follow an accessible and enjoyable route through the city center to Parque de las Pruneres.
Through the guide's explanations, participants will learn about the evolution of these spaces, their social function, and the plant diversity they support, as well as their role in improving quality of life and conserving urban biodiversity. This initiative is part of the "Visit the Parks and Gardens of Mollet del Vallès" program, which aims to highlight the municipality's green heritage and foster a closer and more respectful relationship with the environment.
This activity is designed for everyone, ideal for local residents and anyone wanting to rediscover Mollet at a relaxed pace, with curiosity and a participatory spirit. Space is limited, so prior registration is required. A perfect opportunity to enjoy the city, learn, and connect with its green spaces.
