Montserrat Origin Market in Collbató
The Origen Montserrat Market arrives in Collbató with the clear aim of bringing local products and crafts from the Montserrat Rural Park closer to consumers in the metropolitan area. This new edition further enhances its experiential and participatory aspect, putting producers at the center and transforming each market into a direct meeting point between the countryside and the city.
The event will bring together producers who will present their products in dynamic 20-minute sessions. Through guided tastings, the public will be able to discover the origin of the food, the production processes, and the personal stories behind each project. The format fosters conversation, transparency, and a direct connection with the people who work the land. At the same time, the family workshops that have established the market as an open, welcoming, and intergenerational experience will continue.
New this year, a local farmer will take on the role of host, conducting the interviews and providing context about the products and the region. Alongside her, a clown will liven up the space with humorous interludes that will help strengthen the connection with the audience.
Don't miss it!
