The house occupies a part of the Biosca farmhouse, cited for the first time in the year 955 and located on the southern slope of the Sierra de Castelltallat, in a PEIN area (Natural Interest Spaces Plan) at 850 meters altitude.

Les Corts de Biosca has two double bedrooms, a single room-library (which can be converted into a double), bathroom and toilet, kitchen, dining room-living room with fireplace and large terrace. It has excellent views of Montserrat and is fully equipped: heating, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washing machine, television, baby furniture, wifi... Outside, an extensive era, garden and pool integrated in a farm field. Pets are allowed.
