Aplec de la Sardana in Olesa de Montserrat

In a festive, spring and brotherhood atmosphere, the Aplec de la Sardana is celebrated on the second Sunday in May in Olesa de Montserrat!

For two days, the Cal Mané area (Municipal Park) welcomes dancers of all ages to the sound of the three songs that participate in the event organized by ACF Olesa Sardanista.

This year, on Saturday, May 11, the eve of Aplec, the sardanas will be in charge of the Cobla Vila de Olesa; giant inflatables and games, for children and adults; and the possibility of taking dinner to the designated area. The next day, Sunday, May 12, there will be sardanas both in the morning and in the afternoon with the songs Vila d'Olesa (12:30 p.m.) and La Llobregat y la Sabadell (5 p.m.). Also, the inflatables for children, bar service and popular rice will continue, at the price of €17 (members) and €22 (non-members).

ACF Olesa Sardanista is an entity from Olesa with nearly sixty years of history in our town. It is formed by a group of Olesans motivated by the dissemination, teaching and preservation of the sardana as a dance and form of relationship between the people of Olesa, whether native or newcomers.
