Carnival of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda
Santa Perpètua de Mogoda celebrates its Carnival, a day full of debauchery!
Experience Carnival in Santa Perpètua with the traditional parade that goes through the different streets of the town to celebrate the arrival of Queen Moguda. Participation in the parade is open to all citizens and a costume contest is also organised, open to everyone, upon registration.
Registration for the Competition can be done online, or on the day of the parade a quarter of an hour before it starts (as long as you do not have a truck or trailer).
For the second year running, Queen Moguda will be in charge of bringing the soul of the Carnival celebration and will lead the procession of groups participating in the competition on her float. She will check that everyone is wearing their costume on Carnival Day and will take note of the best proposals from the citizens to incorporate them into her private dressing room, which will be visible during the Parade. To carry out her work, Queen Moguda will be accompanied by the Perpetual Assistant. Welcome!
