Christmas workshops and shows

During the Christmas season you can see several nativity scenes in the city organized by groups of volunteers. Cultural centers offer many possibilities to learn new skills in a fun way: cooking holiday foods, sewing ornaments, sustainable gift wrapping, and many more options for learning in the company of others. There will also be shows for the whole family: magic, theatre, music... plenty of excuses to get off the couch and enjoy the Christmas holidays.

End of the year

On December 31, the Home dels Nassos will once again tour the streets of the city. At night, the year will say goodbye as is tradition, with the chimes of fire in the Plaza de la Vila. Several parties will be held in the city to welcome 2024

The Pratijoc

This fun and educational space for children is already a classic of the Christmas holidays in El Prat. It offers family activities, workshops, games, playroom, circus and much more for children between 3 and 11 years old. This year the Pratijoc is experiencing a change in its format and will be held in the morning where the light and heat of the sun will allow for large-format adventures outside.

Winter Youth Zone

With the cold, the winter Youth Zone returns with different free activities for young people aged 12 and up. Virtual reality, video games, and seasonal cuisine are some of the proposals you can find! All activities are free, with limited capacity and with prior registration.

Sustainable and supportive Christmas

The Toy Exchange Market, organized by the city's AFAs and AMPAs, allows families to exchange toys that they no longer use to avoid generating waste and producing unnecessary objects. It will be on Saturday the 16th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Plaza de Catalunya.
