The Soldevila Farm, located in the Old Mas Granollacs, is one of the MTIV's regional headquarters and currently hosts a permanent exhibition on the origins of the Soldevila family's dairy industry, pioneers in the sector, the production and marketing of dairy products, with audiovisual and exhibition resources.
It is a building listed as a Cultural Asset of National Local (BCIL) and forms an important part of the municipality's industrial heritage. Breast milk was invented on this farm, patented in 1897, and milk was produced in facilities based on the most advanced French manuals for dairy production.
