Collbató Giants Meeting
Collbató celebrates another edition of the Giants' Gathering, one of the highlights of the local festival calendar, bringing together groups and figures from various Catalan municipalities. The day will fill the town's streets with music, folk culture, and tradition, featuring giants and their costumes in a festive and family-friendly atmosphere.
The event will feature guest groups from across the region, who will join the giants of Collbató in a celebration that highlights Catalan festive heritage and popular culture. The giants will be erected in Plaça de l'Era, kicking off an afternoon of activities including parades, music, and opportunities for the groups to socialize.
With nearly four decades of history, the Collbató Giants' Gathering has established itself as a landmark festival for giants enthusiasts and families looking to enjoy a day filled with color and tradition. The event also helps strengthen ties between municipalities and cultural organizations, keeping alive one of the most emblematic expressions of Catalan popular culture.
The initiative is organized with the involvement of the local association network and aims to continue bringing the giant tradition closer to all generations, turning Collbató into a meeting point for figures, musicians and participants from different parts of Catalonia.
We're waiting for you!
