Verbena of Sant Pere in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres

Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is preparing to experience the Sant Pere Festival, a celebration with seafaring roots that combines tradition, music, solidarity and popular atmosphere.

The day will begin at the Church of Sant Pere with the ringing of bells, announcing the start of the festivities. This will be followed by Mass with the singing of the Goigs de Sant Pere, a moment of reflection and tradition linked to the devotion and history of the town.

One of the most moving events will be the tribute to the fishermen, a celebration that will highlight Llavaneres' maritime heritage and the legacy of all those who have lived and worked connected to the sea. The event will include a performance by the Llavaneres Municipal School of Music, a poetry recital by Josep M. Asensio, a floral offering, and refreshments.

The festivities will continue in Sant Pere Park with a charity sardine feast to benefit Llavaneres, a great opportunity to share a meal, build community and support a worthy cause.

The closing will come with dancing to La Banda del Drac, who will provide music and rhythm at the festival so that everyone can enjoy a festive and participatory night.
