Sant Pere Festival in Gavà
Gavà is preparing to experience a new Sant Pere Festival, a celebration that will once again fill streets, squares and facilities with music, tradition, culture and activities for all ages.
For several days, the city will offer a wide and diverse program, designed for residents and visitors to share moments of celebration, reunion, and community. The opening proclamation will officially kick off a series of events marked by energy, citizen participation, and a strong sense of community.
Music will be a major highlight, with concerts by renowned artists, local bands, cover groups, DJ sets, and performances spanning a wide range of styles. There will also be folk dances, habaneras, swing, rock, pop, and other activities designed for enjoying summer nights.
Popular culture will take center stage with sardanas, giants, human towers, parades, traditional drumming, and fire shows. The traditional correfoc (fire run) will transform the city center into a space filled with light, percussion, and excitement, while the fireworks display will once again illuminate the sky above Gavà.
Families will find numerous children's activities, including giant games, creative workshops, movies, puppet shows, technology exhibits, and refreshing activities. Sports will also be part of the festivities with tournaments and exhibitions in various disciplines.
The program will be complemented by exhibitions, heritage visits, artistic activities and meetings organized by local entities, which play a fundamental role in preserving the city's traditions.
An open, participatory and pluralistic Fiesta Mayor to go out into the streets, share experiences and celebrate together the arrival of summer.
Don't miss it!
