Artichoke month in Sant Boi de Llobregat

Artichoke month is coming inSant Boi de Llobregat! A month full of activities where the artichoke is the protagonist.

A whole month full of proposals to publicize the winter flower, the star product of Sant Boi agriculture and a symbol of the city linked to the commitment to healthy and local food, quality gastronomy, sustainable agriculture.

Carxotapa and Carxomenús are also starting, a route through the restoration of Sant Boi where you can taste tapas and menus with artichokes and participate in the raffle for a batch of products from the Santboiana Agrarian Cooperative.

On Sundays in March, enjoy Carxokids, workshops and activities for the whole family in the artichoke field in front of the Agrarian Cooperative. And also on Sundays come and make vermouth at Carxosound in the Cooperativa Agraria Santboiana space, where you can taste artichoke and peach beer accompanied by live music!
