The Sant Sadurní d'Anoia City Council and Caram Caram present a new edition of MARIDA'm, the cycle of enogastronomic pairings that highlights the cavas and sparkling wines of the territory, combined with seasonal products made by local producers.

We'll discover oils from different olive varieties and harvest times, learning to recognize their aromas and flavors. We'll also enjoy creative tastings that highlight the quality and versatility of this treasure of our land, with a few surprises that will allow you to experience olive oil from a new perspective.

And to speak of new olive oil is also to speak of new wine: origin, freshness, and essence. And it is precisely from wine that the other great liquid gold of the country is born: cava. Therefore, the pairing will feature a selection of cavas designed to harmonize with olive oil, highlighting the points of connection between two products that are an essential part of Catalonia's gastronomic landscape.
