Inspira Montserrat exhibition in Collbató
Collbató will host the eleventh edition of Inspira Montserrat on June 5, 6, and 7, an event focused on personal well-being, connecting with nature, and emotional growth. Throughout the weekend, various locations in the town will offer free activities designed to promote a mindful and healthy lifestyle.
The program will combine workshops, movement practices, sensory experiences, and cultural activities in unique settings in Collbató, with Montserrat as a backdrop. Among the offerings will be sessions of yoga, meditation, mindful breathing, therapeutic music, and family activities, all aimed at promoting physical and emotional well-being.
The event also aims to highlight the relationship between nature, culture, and health, offering spaces for encounter and reflection open to all audiences. The initiative focuses on accessible, small-scale activities, with the goal of creating a personal and transformative experience for participants.
Inspira Montserrat was created with the aim of establishing itself as a new event dedicated to well-being and personal development, taking advantage of the privileged natural environment of Collbató and the Montserrat mountain as a space for inspiration and connection.
Please note that, although the activities are free of charge, prior registration is required.
