Arenys de Munt will celebrate another edition of the Stuffed Meat Festival, which this year returns to keep alive one of the town's most unique culinary traditions. The event will combine information sessions, tastings, product sales, and live music.

The filling, traditionally made from stuffed apples, will once again be the star of a series of events that aim to introduce this recipe to new audiences and provide the knowledge needed to continue preparing it at home.

The first event will take place at the El Mercat Building, with a hands-on workshop dedicated to making the filling. The activity will be led by Rosa Salvà Catarineu and will conclude with an apple tasting, offering an opportunity to learn about the ingredients, preparation, and secrets of this traditional dish.

The following day, the celebration will move to the church square, where attendees can buy stuffed apples and sample or purchase stuffed cake. The day will also feature a musical component with a concert by the Amunt Jazz Band, providing the soundtrack to the gathering.

The exhibition also aims to reduce waste and encourages attendees to bring their own containers, adding environmental responsibility to the preservation of gastronomic heritage.
