A food and wine tasting from the MARIDA'M series invites you on a journey through the flavors of the region by pairing four artisan breads, four Catalan cheeses, and a selection of cavas. This experience is designed to reveal the richness, nuances, and tradition of the country's excellent bread and cheese.

The Sant Sadurní City Council, together with Caram Caram, are promoting a new edition of MARIDA'M, the pairing cycle that highlights the cavas and sparkling wines of the territory combined with seasonal products made by local producers.

This tasting presents a dialogue between two essential everyday foods: bread and cheese. Two seemingly simple products that, when handcrafted, reveal a great diversity of textures, aromas, and flavors.

The proposal includes a selection of four artisan breads and four Catalan cheeses, each with its own distinct character, which will be combined to enhance their qualities. The experience will be completed with cavas specially chosen to highlight the characteristics of each pairing.
