The 'En Altres Paraules' Festival is an intersection where literature expands by proposing and enjoying it in multiple ways; in the art of making a scene, in the encounter that happens in music, in the practice of a cone in a workshop...

The cultural center will become the setting for a rich range of formats where figures from literature, music, journalism and the arts will stand out, including Mariana Enríquez, Guadalupe Nettel, Alberto San Juan, Nicolas Jaar, Édouard Louis, Marta Sanz, Sara Torres and David Carabén, among others. These artists will weave a rich tapestry of proposals that will explore the influence of the word on art and its impact on the collective imagination.

Promoted by the "la Caixa" Foundation, this cultural festival will take place at CaixaForum Barcelona, focusing on the word as the axis of an extensive range of activities that cross various artistic disciplines.

CaixaForum will host notable voices from the national and international literary scene, as well as from culture in general, with a program that will include conferences, dialogues, concerts and shows, as well as poetic vermouths, family workshops and performing arts.

From head to toe, from other languages, other imaginaries and latitudes, the festival of the word is celebrated at CaixaForum Barcelona from May 8 to 30, 2024.
