Premià de Mar

Premia is distinguished by its extensive agriculture, small industrial cores, especially textile plants and residential areas have gradually replaced the summer house. At the top of the mountain of Sant Mateu, you get a magnificent view over the whole region and its coast. Premia de Mar has its urban center near the sea, Saint Christopher's Church was erected in 1798 and in its subsoil archaeological finds have been found remains of an important Roman villa that can be seen at the Barcelona Museum of Archaeology.
