Premia is distinguished by its extensive agriculture, small industrial cores, especially textile plants and residential areas have gradually replaced the summer house. It is also characterized by the cultivation of flowers, especially carnations in hibernacula, and legumes. At the top of the mountain of Sant Mateu, you get a magnificent view over the whole region and its coast.
