This event is over.

The Catalan Industrial Tourism Network (XATIC) will once again participate in B-Travel, the leading tourism fair taking place from March 20 to 22 at the Montjuïc venue of Fira Barcelona. This year, the network invites the public to discover the tourism value of Catalonia's industrial heritage through cultural experiences, participatory activities, and proposals for rediscovering the region.

In the B-Industrial space, visitors will be able to learn about various industrial tourism initiatives and take part in activities designed to bring this heritage closer in a creative and interactive way.

Among the featured proposals we find:

  • Painting with wine "The legacy of Gaudí", a live artistic activity by Marta Aviñó (Tinta y Vino), a company associated with the Industria Viva program of XATIC.
  • Industrial espionage escape room, an interactive experience that invites participants to tour the B-Industrial stands solving challenges related to industrial heritage.

Furthermore, within the framework of the "Discover your territory" initiative, several municipalities of the XATIC will offer special promotions to visit industrial tourism sites after the fair:

  • Manresa : 2x1 on visits to the Water and Textile Museum (until June 30).
  • Terrassa : 2x1 on some guided city tours (until April 30).
  • Sabadell : Free guided industrial tourism tours (until April 30).
  • Granollers : 50% discount on the immersive visit to the Roca Umbert Thermal Power Station with the code BTRAVEL26.

An opportunity to discover museums, factories open to visitors, and amazing experiences that connect history, technology, and culture.
