Among the treasures that our Mediterranean Sea presents us with, the prawn stands as the main protagonist during this time of year.

The prawn that is caught in the waters of Alcanar has a characteristic physiology. With a shiny outer shell and white spots, it lives in very shallow waters, such as the Els Alfacs bay, where the contribution of nutrients from the Ebro River explains its high concentration and quality.

Valued and recognized everywhere, it reaches the tables of our restaurants with a traditional and at the same time innovative cuisine that goes from the ranch of boat or the most traditional rice dishes to the most creative proposals, ingenuity of the members of the Col· Gastronomic lecture.
