Alcanar celebrates its Clementina Gastronomic Days, becoming the star product in the numerous restaurants in Alcanar and Les Cases de Alcanar.
In this new edition of the Clementina Gastronomic Days, some restaurants will offer their menus to enjoy the most original and innovative cuisine, based on products as deeply rooted in the territory as citrus fruits and galleys.
The possibilities of clementines in the kitchen are very wide and in all types of recipes, from traditional home cooking to the most daring creations of signature cuisine.
