Festival of San Pedro de Casserres

The San Pere de Casserres Festival is a cultural proposal that combines music, heritage and nature in a unique setting: the Romanesque monastery of San Pedro de Casserres, located next to the Ter River.

Over two spring weekends, the festival offers a diverse program of concerts in various genres, cultural activities, and culinary delights. It's an event designed for everyone, from music lovers to those seeking a unique getaway that combines culture and relaxation.

The festival boasts a carefully curated and diverse lineup, featuring prominent names from the Catalan cultural scene. The program kicks off with Judit Neddermann, who presents a new musical phase with an intimate and emotive live performance.

We also found a different proposal with Venus and Adonis, a dramatized reading with live music starring Emma Vilarasau and Jordi Bosch, which combines theater, poetry and music in a unique experience.

The second weekend continues with Anna Andreu, one of the most delicate and distinctive voices on the current scene, with an intimate and poetic style. And the festival closes with Ferran Palau, who offers a more atmospheric and introspective soundscape, with songs that explore profound emotions and reflections.

In addition to the concerts, the festival also offers a gastronomic experience designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace with spectacular views. In a picnic format, attendees can complement their day with bar service, vermouth, and lunch, provided by Sambucus, featuring a menu based on high-quality, locally sourced products.
