Berga celebrates a new edition of Bergabolet, a day dedicated to the world of mushrooms that combines gastronomy, crafts, culture and activities for all ages.

Throughout the day, the city center will be filled with activities related to the tradition of mushroom hunting, one of the elements most closely associated with autumn and the Berguedà landscape. Mushroom stalls will allow visitors to discover different varieties and products, while a mycological exhibition will help them learn more about this world so deeply rooted in the region.

Gastronomy will play a prominent role with the Mushroom Tapas Competition, now in its twelfth edition, as well as showcookings and other culinary offerings where this ingredient will take center stage. There will also be a mushroom rice dish, one of the activities that reinforces the gastronomic aspect of the day.

Bergabolet will also offer activities designed for families, including craft workshops, parades, and street entertainment. Culture will also be featured with live music, micro-theater, and a quick-painting competition.

The day will be completed with the Craft Fair, which this year celebrates its sixth edition and will bring together different creators and producers in a space dedicated to artisanal work.

Bergabolet is the perfect opportunity to experience autumn in the Berguedà region, stroll through the town, and discover the rich gastronomic, natural, and cultural heritage surrounding the world of mushrooms. It's a festival to taste, learn, buy, and enjoy a full day in Berga.
