Berga Chocolate and Ratafia Fair

The cold weather is coming and in Berga they offer you the sweetest and most pleasant way to enjoy this time of year.

The fairgrounds will bring together exhibitors with a wide variety of chocolate products and a distinguished selection of ratafias. Carrer del Roser and Plaça dels Països Catalans will be the hub of activity, with stalls, tastings, and a dedicated area for sampling commercially available ratafias.

The event will also extend to other venues in the city, such as the former Cine Catalunya and the Casal Panxo, expanding the offerings beyond the fair itself. Throughout the day there will be live music, swing dancing, and various activities designed to complement the gastronomic and festive experience.

At the same time, the Berga Ratafia Festival will be celebrated, which will maintain one of its most anticipated moments: the artisan ratafia competition, an initiative that gives prominence to homemade recipes and a preparation strongly linked to the territory.

The day will continue into the evening with a ratafiaire dinner and live music, extending the festivities beyond the fair's opening hours.

Promoted by the Berga City Council and Casal Panxo, the proposal combines gastronomy, tradition and culture in an ideal day to discover new flavors and rediscover those that are deeply rooted.
