Summer is alive in Bescanó

"Summer is alive" is back in Bescanó!

Bescanó is gearing up for another edition of "Summer is Alive," a program designed to enjoy the good weather, get outdoors, and share activities with family, friends, and neighbors. The town will be filled with events for all ages, including free activities, culture, sports, music, and plenty of fun.

The season will kick off with the summer opening at the municipal swimming pool, featuring eco-friendly pedal boats and an inflatable water slide—a refreshing and fun way to welcome the longer days. The pool will also host other activities such as water inflatables, a nighttime swim with music and entertainment, and a storytelling session designed for young children.

Cinema will also play a prominent role with several open-air screenings, an ideal way to enjoy Catalan films under the summer sky. There will be screenings as part of the Montfullà Festival and also in the Old Town (Barri Vell), with films suitable for all audiences.

The program includes high-energy activities such as the Bescanó Prix Xtrem Race, an obstacle course with over fifty meters of action, and an orienteering race that combines sport, games, and strategy. There will also be inflatables at the Mas Llunès Festival, bubble workshops, and activities for families to enjoy together.

Music and tradition will be present with dances, sardanas and activities organized by different municipal areas and collaborating entities.
