1881 Hotel Balneari Vichy Catalan Caldes de Malavella

The Vichy Catalán Spa Hotel is located in the thermal town of Caldes de Malavella, in a neo-Mudejar style building from the 19th century.

It has 88 rooms, thermal facilities, convention rooms and a large garden.

The bicarbonated and sodium thermal waters of the Vichy Catalán Spring emerge at 60ºC, this temperature gives them a strong mineralization making them ideal for the hydrotherapy treatments offered by the Spa.

Its Delicius Restaurant offers a wide and varied gastronomic menu that includes Mediterranean, natural and dietary dishes as well as thermal and signature cuisine.

It has 20,000 meters of garden, a summer swimming pool, a tennis court and a paddle tennis court.

Guided tours for groups and schools

Our guided tour consists of 3 parts, a first in which we explain the history of the Spa and Vichy Catalan Water, another in which we are going to visit the bottling plant facilities and explain the process that the water follows from when it comes out of the spring. until it is bottled, we see the bottling lines and their operation (depending on the day the plant does not work, in this case we do the same route and explanation but we put an audiovisual of the plant to show it in operation), and a third one carried out in the reception of the plant itself, in which we explain the geological origin of water.
