REC.0 Experimental Stores of Igualada 2024

Rec.0 Experimental Stores is the ephemeral transformation of an old industrial neighborhood, the Rec neighborhood, in Igualada. Twice a year, and only for four days, the old factories and tanneries become pop up fashion stores where top brands sell their stocks and samples at unique prices.

Each edition of Rec.0 Experimental Stores is different. New spaces are opened, many of them unknown, and new brands are also incorporated, so that a circuit is configured that is always different. A visit to Rec.0 should be a good opportunity to find fashion from prestigious brands at unique prices in a very special environment that only transforms for four days. Afterwards, the neighborhood returns to normal, with an activity that mixes the tanning industry with design studios and other professions.

But Rec.0 is not just fashion, there is more. Rec Street Food, a street food festival with food trucks and pop up bars, is also a proposal that is gaining more and more followers. Culture and, especially, music, also have their space with the Rec Music Festiva l, with the programming of fifteen concerts distributed in different spaces of the Rec.0 circuit.

Rec.0 Experimental Stores was born in November 2009 by a group of six people committed to the Rec neighborhood, who wanted to make it known to as many people as possible and link it with the creativity of the world of fashion. After several editions, Rec.0 has become a reference fashion, heritage and culture event in Catalonia that is organized twice a year.
