National Day of Catalonia in Bolvir

Bolvir celebrates Catalonia's National Day with a day that combines physical activity, gastronomy and traditional music in a festive and participatory atmosphere.

The program will begin in the morning with a popular walk, an ideal way to get outdoors and enjoy the surrounding area. The route will allow participants to start the day actively and spend some time amidst the scenery and nature before continuing with the rest of the activities.

At midday, the celebration will move to Sant Isidre Square, where a communal paella will be served. This meal will be one of the main gathering points of the day and will offer the opportunity to share a meal in a relaxed atmosphere. To participate, prior registration at the Town Hall is required, with different conditions depending on the type of participant.

After lunch, music will take center stage with a habanera performance, rounding off the afternoon with one of the genres most closely associated with popular summer gatherings. The traditional rum flaming will also be served, accompanying the performance and helping to bring the celebration to a close.

National Day in Bolvir thus proposes a simple and varied day, designed to be enjoyed with family or friends, combining movement, gastronomy and music.
