Milanyada in Vallfogona de Ripollès

Come to Vallfogona de Ripollès to enjoy the Milanyada and remember a maquis route in the middle of the beech forests of the Santa Magdalena and Milany mountains.

Organized by the Ripoll Hiking Club and the Vallfogona de Ripollès Town Hall , it proposes 2 routes as always, one of 14km and one of 20km with a common section until breakfast at the old Portús farmhouse, which was a stopping point on the route of Prats de Molló a Vidrà, which were made by the maquis guerrillas and guides and which the Amical Antiguos Guerrilleros de Cataluña has recovered through stories and reports.

Registration includes refreshments, a hot breakfast and a gift. There will be no glasses, so everyone must bring a glass or cup to drink from.

• Departure time: 7:30 (long) to 8:00 (short) in the morning.
• Location: Sports area - Vallfogona de Ripollès.
• Distance: 14 km (short route) 20 km (long route).
• Maximum positive gradient of 300m (short) and 660m (long).
