Artisanal Preparation
A secret that is born in the artisanal production of natural products as base materials and the perfection of the process over 125 years.
All Bosch Distilleries liquors are made from natural products. The work is always done manually to preserve the purity of the production system that has been passed down from father to son for more than 100 years.
The peculiarity of its authenticity has led the Generalitat of Catalonia to recognize the work of Bosch Distilleries with the valuable distinction of "Food Artisan Charter".
The Distillery: Artisanal elaboration, artisanal tools
Just as we have kept the preparation of Ratafia Bosch unchanged in the home of five generations, we also take care of the conservation of our facilities, aware that we are part of the secret of the recipe.
Ratafia Bosch since 1892
Great connoisseur of Pyrenean liquors and their production, Anna Peroliu began marketing ratafía in 1892 and immediately achieved a great reputation. Today, the fifth generation of the family continues to run the business.
