The Santa Creu Fair and Festival in Figueres is one of the city's most prominent celebrations, with a diverse program that combines tradition, culture, and leisure activities for all ages. This year's edition is particularly special, as it coincides with the 150th anniversary of Figueres' founding as a city.

The program includes a wide variety of activities, such as exhibitions, guided tours, a popular hot chocolate event, sardana dancing, and other options.

One of the central moments of the festivities is May Day, when the center of Figures becomes a fairground with offerings such as the Drawing and Painting Fair, the Craft Fair or the Collectors' Fair, among others.

The celebration also maintains the most traditional events, such as the opening speech, the giant encounters or the popular culture activities with fire and bestiary, such as the Night of Fire or the Night of the Cebeta, and closes with the pyromusical at the Castle of San Fernando.
