Calders Juga, the board game and role-playing festival of Central Catalonia

A new edition of Calders Juga, the board game and role-playing festival of Central Catalonia, is coming!

Calders Juga, promoted by the Caldaus Association with the support of the Calders Town Council, returns stronger than ever to transform the town into a giant gaming board. The festival, which has established itself as a leading event in the gaming world with an independent, Catalan, and rural perspective, offers a wide range of free activities open to everyone, designed for families, casual gamers, and expert players.

Throughout the day, there will be an open games library with family games, fast-paced games, card games, competitive games, and cooperative games, where participants can choose from different titles or get advice. There will also be demonstrations, games with game designers, tournaments, expert games, wargames, and role-playing sessions, creating a very diverse offering.

The program will extend beyond board games. In the town square, there will be a market for second-hand games, traditional games, giant figures, Catalan bowling, chess, gamebooks, a specialty shop, and activities for children. Visitors can also participate in historical fencing demonstrations, soft combat, archery, and various role-playing experiences in unique locations throughout the town.

The day will also include food activities and tastings, raffles for game packages, and adapted spaces so that everyone can find something to enjoy at their own pace. There will even be a quiet play area for children with sensory sensitivities.

Some activities require prior registration, which can be formalized through the channels indicated by the organization.

A day to play, discover new titles, share games and enjoy Calders from morning until late at night.
