Llorts
Llorts is a population center of the Principality of Andorra located in the parish of Ordino.
It is located at an altitude of 1,430 m and the small town forms a compact nucleus of old houses around its flagstone church with a belfry bell tower above it; It has a notable Baroque altarpiece protected by a solid iron fence.
Llorts is surrounded by ferruginous lands, which stain parts of its fields and roads and even some streams. The Fuente del Hierro Fountain, which is born in a cave near the town, and the Font Roja are famous.
The Llorts iron mine is located at the exit of the town towards El Serrat.
