This vertical kilometer event offers an intense but attainable challenge: leaving from the Seu d'Urgell Sports Palace and climbing to Roc de la Guardia, in the municipality of Valls del Valira, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of La Seu and the entire Urgellet sub-region.

The course is 5.75 km long and has a vertical drop of 791 meters, with varied sections that combine challenging slopes with gentler but more technical sections. This race is designed for runners with a moderate level of fitness and a desire to push themselves.

There will be a liquid refreshment station at km 4.2, and at the finish line, you'll find a light refreshment station. The return to the Palau d'Esports will include a full refreshment station to replenish your strength.

We encourage you to participate and take part in this sporting challenge in an incomparable natural setting!
