Santa Tecla Fair in Berga

The Santa Tecla Fair in Berga is back for another year!

Over the weekend, the fairgrounds will host a display of native Catalan breeds, including cows, sheep, goats, and other animals linked to the region's livestock heritage. Visitors can also explore an exhibition of antique agricultural tools and machinery, offering a glimpse into how farming and livestock raising have evolved over time.

Gastronomy will be another major attraction at the fair. The food area will offer cooking demonstrations, tastings, and sales of products from Berguedà, with offerings designed to discover local flavors and explore the region's cuisine.

The program will also include a craft and food market, family activities, nature workshops, shows, music, and folk dances. Young children will also find specific activities to participate in, play, and learn while exploring the different areas of the fair.

In addition, there will be spaces dedicated to pets, an amusement area, and other initiatives related to the territory and rural life.
