Pals and the Rice Kitchen

Since 1994, the cycle of activities related to the world of rice has begun with the Pals Gastronomic Campaign and the Rice Cuisine event, organized jointly by the Pals Town Hall, the town's restaurants, and the rice mills. This gastronomic initiative aims to showcase the quality of this product so deeply rooted in our region.

During the spring months, the participating restaurants in the town offer their customers a menu based on Pals rice cooked in a casserole dish as the main course, accompanied by starters and desserts according to the style of each establishment.

The campaign is complemented by a series of events, including experiences related to the world of rice and the surrounding area, designed for all ages. These include guided tours, walking and cycling routes, culinary workshops, and cultural activities that allow participants to discover the landscape, traditions, and cultivation processes. Special events, fairs, and tastings of local products are also organized. Some activities require prior booking.
