The City Council reserves the right to cancel a route in the following cases:

• Lack of minimum registrations: If the minimum number of participants does not reach 30%, the route will be cancelled and 100% of the amount will be refunded to those registered.
• Adverse weather conditions: If the weather poses a risk to the safety of the group, the route may be cancelled and 100% of the amount will be refunded to those registered.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for registration.
In exceptional and duly justified cases, the organization reserves the right to evaluate each request individually.

It is important to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time.
