Hotel Bell Repòs
Located just steps from the beach and the center of Platja d'Aro, the Hotel Bell Repòs is a small family hotel that invites you to discover the Costa Brava in a quiet, friendly and environmentally friendly way.
For years we have worked with the aim of demonstrating that another way of doing tourism is possible. That's why we have been incorporating small and large actions that allow us to reduce our environmental impact and better care for the land around us. From saving water and energy to the gradual elimination of single-use plastics, as well as our own sustainability and biodiversity projects that are part of the hotel's daily operations.
One of our most special spaces is our Mediterranean garden, which we've transformed into a small haven for butterflies, bees, and other pollinating insects. It's a place to relax, read, have a drink, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet after a day exploring the Costa Brava.
We also prioritize locally sourced products. Our breakfast buffet features organic options, local products, and gluten-free alternatives, as we are certified Gluten Free by the Catalan Celiac Association.
The hotel's location allows you to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants of Platja d'Aro, but it's also an excellent starting point for exploring the Baix Empordà region. From here, you can walk along the coastal paths, discover charming villages, visit wineries and local markets, or delve into some of the most iconic landscapes of the Costa Brava.
Cycling enthusiasts will also find something to their liking. We are a certified Bed & Bike establishment and offer services designed specifically for cycle tourists, such as secure bike storage, a basic workshop, a cleaning area, and bike rentals. In addition, we have designed several circular routes that allow you to explore the area at your own pace.
At Bell Repòs, we like to think of ourselves as more than just a place to sleep; we're a starting point for authentic experiences. We love recommending hidden gems, showcasing local producers, sharing our favorite spots, and helping visitors connect with the essence of the Costa Brava.
Because traveling can also be a way to take care of the land, the people, and the time we dedicate to enjoying it.
