Major Festival in Vilanova del Camí
Vilanova del Camí is gearing up for a September packed with festivities, sports, culture, and community activities. The Fiesta Mayor will kick off a diverse program designed for people of all ages to participate, discover new hobbies, and share good times.
Sport will play a prominent role with tournaments and open days. Basketball will take to the streets with a three-on-three competition, while pétanque will bring together pairs ready to enjoy a day of camaraderie and competition. Registration will also open for sports schools and Esport Salut's organized activities.
Throughout the month, Club Balonmano Vilanova del Camí will open its training sessions to the public. This initiative will allow children and young people to learn more about the club's operations, try out the sport, and share the experience with the teams in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Music and dancing will also be part of the celebration. Older residents can enjoy a traditional Fiesta Mayor dance with music by the band Crystal, complete with cake and cava to round off a festive afternoon. The Rocieros del Camino Choir, for its part, will offer open rehearsals so that anyone interested can experience the music and learn more about the group's activities.
The program will be completed with creative proposals, such as a candle decorating workshop, designed to experiment with crafts and create a personalized garment.
September is a time to get out of the house, participate in the life of the town, and enjoy sports, music, and creativity. An open program that strengthens community spirit and community in Vilanova del Camí.
We're waiting for you!
