Major Festival of Sant Pere de Vilamajor

The Sant Pere de Vilamajor festival is celebrated on June 29th and the nearest weekend. It is held in honor of the town's patron saint, Saint Peter.

A few days to reconnect, go out into the streets and share the joy of community building with neighbors, organizations and visitors.

The program combines popular culture, concerts, family activities, sports, games, shows, and social gatherings. This year, the festival also invites everyone to actively participate through the local groups, with the Torrenegres and Torrerroges taking center stage in a festive, friendly, and good-humored competition.

The Fiesta Mayor will experience some of its most exciting moments with the casteller rehearsal, community dinners, cover concerts, a youth night, the raising and parade of giants, and the correfoc, which will fill the streets with fire, rhythm, and excitement. Children's and family activities will also play a prominent role, with gaming parties, inflatables, workshops, a foam party, a Holi festival, and other activities designed for young and old to enjoy together.

The program also includes participatory events such as The Great Challenge of Vilamajor, musical vermouth, Fiesta Mayor lunch, cultural presentations, batucada gathering, folk dances and concerts with large ensembles.

The celebration will culminate with the Sant Pere Festival, with the main festival service, sardanas, ringing of bells and fresh cake to share.
