Guilla Route through Calella

We present a small route that is part of the nature itineraries of Calella. This is the Guilla route, well signposted along its route, in yellow.

We will find a rich representation of Mediterranean flora, dominated by cork oaks, heather and wooded steppes, with mosaics of dry meadows and agricultural spaces.

The Sierra de las Guilles is a biological corridor that gives continuity to the forest masses of the Montnegre Natural Park towards the sea. Among the mammals, the presence of the fox, the genet, the squirrel and the badger stands out, among the birds the common jay, the wood pigeon, the tit, the sparrowhawk and the common buzzard.
