The Solà del Seniol and the Ballart fountain in Vallfogona de Riucorb

This itinerary runs through forests of pine, oak, holm oak and other species in the surroundings of the Corb river, a tributary of the Segre river, where it collects the waters of the Seniol river, in the municipality of Vallfogona de Riucorb.

We turn left and take the path that goes up to the Comascura road. We leave itinerary 5 on the right. We turn left and leave the access to the mountain, the Pilar de las Cruces, on the right, with exceptional views of Vallfogona and the surroundings. Immediately we turn right again to continue along a very narrow alley, to the left, which takes us directly to Carrer del Colomer. We turn right and leave the path to the left that goes up to the cemetery. We continue straight until the T241 road.

We turn left and move on until we reach the road to Segura. Attention, here we take the path that goes out to our left until an era arrives. An era is a space of land, flattened and firm to beat. ugem by the side of a beating with the iron door and we go upstairs. We advance among the remains of various agricultural constructions and holm oaks, oaks and pine forests. We turn right. The road is wide and firm. We go straight on and take the second path that comes out on the right.

We leave the Badiceli road and turn right. We enter a lush forest of small-leaved oaks, holm oaks and pine forests. At the height of the Cadena mill (right), the path falls and enters the sunny side of Seniol. We pass the ruins of an old barrack on the right and a path that goes down to the Hinojo path and the Alta Valle del Corb itinerary. We continue up, to the left. The path climbs up, zigzagging through old cultivation terraces. We leave a path that goes down to the right and we continue straight up.

We come to the path of Cabo del Coll, wide and firm. We turn left and continue going up amunt.Agafem the second path (the Cabo del Coll path) and we descend hard while enjoying an excellent panoramic view of the Almendra de la Segarra. Camino del Cabo del Coll and Camino de San Pedro. We turn right upstairs.

We continue straight in the direction of the Ballart fountain. If we want to shorten, we turn left and take the path that goes down to Vallfogona de Riucorb (itinerary 4). Before making the turn, we make a shortcut and take the path to the left. Once at the top, we come to the path of San Pedro and we turn left. Source of mineral water with proven diuretic properties. We go straight on. We turn left along the path that borders behind the corral and leave itineraries 1 and 4. We enter a shady forest of holm oaks and oaks and other species.

Any direction is good, later they meet again. The one on the left goes down to a path that borders a farm field. We continue along the path on the right that goes into the forest. A few meters away we find another crossroads and we continue to the left. We go down until we find the way.

We turn right and go straight on. We pass a fountain and the path widens. We advance through a pine forest and other species. We observe the presence of old dry stone margins, constructions linked to cultivation. We always go straight on without turning off until we find the next signpost.

We turn hard to the left and start going down hard inside the pleasant Boixadera forest. Attention with the stones, there are sections with a lot of loose stone.

We leave the Boixadera pedestrian path on our right that leads to the Vallfogona Spa and another that goes down to a cultivated field and we enter the town. We arrive at Calle de la Font, turn right and go down until we reach the road, Avenida del Río Cuervo. We cross it and arrive at the starting point where the tour ends.
