Mas Rossell El Pla de Santa Maria

Mas Rossell is a rural accommodation or farmhouse, located in the municipality of El Pla de Santa Maria, in Alt Camp (Tarragona), dating from the end of the 17th century. It is located within an eight-hectare farm and surrounded by dry land, cereals, almond trees, vineyards and forests. And it gives its name to the game of the term.

It is a set of semi-detached buildings that form a small island, about 600 m2, with an interior patio, all built with local stone. The Mas Rossell complex has a rectangular shape and is made up of two homes, warehouses and common spaces. In the southern area and touching the Mas is the old threshing floor.

In the reconstruction we have preserved the austere essence of the building, providing it with the current facilities, to make your stay more pleasant and profitable.

El Mas, being outside the urban area, is not connected to the electrical grid and thanks to renewable energy, it is energetically sustainable. We take advantage of the sun and the wind to have light, hot water and heating.

Services

The Mas has the entrance and two floors. On the ground floor there is the entrance with a space for games and entrance to the interior patio, going up the stairs we reach the first floor where the fully equipped kitchen is (kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and all the necessary utensils for cooking. during your stay), dining room and living room with television and wood stove.

A complete toilet. A double room with a double bed and its own bathroom. A double room with a double bed and another double room with two beds, which share a full bathroom.

On the first floor is the terrace that overlooks the pool and the interior patio of the farmhouse. From the living room, you go up to the second floor, where we find a room with its own bathroom and two more rooms that share another bathroom. The house has heating. There is also a washing machine and, if necessary, a crib bed.

All rooms have all the corresponding bedding, blankets and towels for each of you. To make your stay at the Mas as calm and pleasant as possible, a Feng Shui study has been carried out, carried out by a great professional, Montserrat Milian Batista.

In total, the house has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, with a capacity for groups of 15/16 people.
