Transhumance, We crossed the Cadí with the Miranda Foundation

And we do it on foot with 14 horses, crossing the Cadí to take advantage of the pastures on the northern slope of this mountain, which changes its appearance at every moment, depending on the light and the weather. It is a true natural spectacle and an initiatory experience.

Your contribution will allow us to have the necessary resources, both economic and human, to carry out the Transhumance, accompanying the horses to the new pasture. This includes covering the associated expenses (route design, guide, organization and management, permits, grass supplement for the horses during the night stop, closed) that this adventure requires. This movement is done exclusively for the well-being of the horses. Most of the tasks will be carried out voluntarily and altruistically by the people who are part of the Foundation.

The amount of your contribution will be considered a donation, so a certificate will be made so that you can deduct it.

If you join us for 2 days, you will be rewarded! You can become a member for 6 months, and once the process is complete, you will enjoy the benefits of being a member of the foundation during this period.

To participate in the Transhumance, it is necessary to meet some prerequisites:

• Activity for people over 14 years old.
• Sign a volunteer agreement.
• Each person must pay his/her expenses directly to the services he/she uses: accommodation and meals. The approximate cost for meals and overnight stay is 40-70€ per day.
