Sant Jordi in Vallbona de les Monges
Vallbona de les Monges commemorates Sant Jordi's Day with a cultural program open to everyone, combining literature, participation and tradition.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room and will center around the presentation of the second issue of the local magazine, Vallbona Express. This publication covers current events, local history, and cultural life, and serves as a meeting place and platform for residents to express themselves.
During the event there will also be a poetry recital, open to everyone who wants to share their own work or read their own poems. It's an opportunity to give voice to local creativity and experience poetry collectively.
In addition, the magazine's new format and content will be presented, with the aim of raising awareness and bringing it even closer to the community. The event will conclude with refreshments, fostering a relaxed and convivial atmosphere among attendees.
As you would expect on a day like Sant Jordi, there will also be a stall selling roses and various plants, to keep the tradition alive and fill the town with color and symbolism.
A close and participatory celebration to enjoy culture, reading and poetry.
Don't miss it!
