Manger of Sorra de la Pineda (Vila-seca)

Come visit the Sorra de la Pineda Nativity Scene, Vila-seca, in the Pinar de Perruquet Park!

Several sculptors from all over the world are in charge of carrying out this curious sculptural work, an initiative that began in 1999. The structure is built from molds and a block of sand remains and from there working, shaping, cutting and pouring until obtaining the final sculpture.

An original nativity scene due to its monumentality, the different way of treating the Christmas theme, although each and every one of the traditional figures of the most demanding nativity scenes are always present.

Next to the manger , various Christmas-themed family activities are carried out to enjoy this tradition.
