Superior holiday apartment located 50 meters from Llevant Beach in Salou, very close to the modernist villas that are representative of the town's architectural and cultural heritage. Ideal for enjoying a holiday with family, a partner, or friends.

Located in a very quiet residential area, away from the noise and nightlife, yet in the heart of Salou. All the town's shops, leisure facilities, and points of interest are just a short walk away.

The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people, although it has an extra bed for children under 16 years old and a baby cot.

Renovated, bright space with sea views

The apartment, renovated in 2024, features a large terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. Inside, you'll find a dining area with two comfortable sofas and a spacious table, as well as an outdoor table on the terrace for al fresco dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and another with a bunk bed for two people. A cot (with bedding) and an extra bed for children under 17 are available (subject to availability).

Amenities for a perfect stay

The apartment is bright and sunny throughout the day. It's located on the fourth floor with views, on the corner of the building. It features air conditioning and heating in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, a 50" flat-screen TV with streaming services, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a full bathroom with a shower.

The master bedroom has access to a second terrace, ideal for relaxing or doing laundry. The building has two elevators and 24-hour concierge service.

The apartment includes linens, towels, and all necessary cleaning supplies: washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron, and more. It is available year-round and designed to ensure your maximum comfort in any season.

Unbeatable location and additional services

The train station (PortAventura) is just a 5-minute drive away, and there's a taxi rank right next door. There's also a local bus connection that will drop you off very close to the apartment.

During the summer season (from June 1st to September 15th), you will have access to the communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area, paid sun loungers and a lifeguard service.

If you are coming by car, we have a private parking space in the same building (advance booking is required and there is an additional cost). There is also public blue zone parking nearby.

Important information for your stay

• No pets allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (only allowed on the terraces).
• Parties are not allowed.
• It must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as upon arrival.

Schedules and conditions

• Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (please inquire later, may incur a surcharge).
• Check-out: until 10:00 am.
• Required documentation: ID card or passport, and bank card to pay the tourist tax and deposit.
• Deposit: €150, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure.
• Community swimming pool: open from June 1st to September 15th.
