Radikal Ocean52 in Palafrugell

Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell will once again host La Radikal, one of the major open water swimming events. The event has established itself as a sporting, participatory, and festive experience that brings together swimmers of all levels in a stunning setting on the Costa Brava.

For three days, La Radikal will offer swims and activities designed for both experienced athletes and those new to open water swimming. The main events will allow participants to swim amidst some of the most iconic coastal landscapes, with routes that combine physical challenge, immersion in the sea, and the spectacular natural beauty of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, and the Formigas Islands.

The event maintains its open and diverse character, with different distances so that each participant can choose their challenge. There will also be activities for children, team events, and more playful and competitive formats that will make the weekend a true celebration of sport and the sea.

Beyond the swims, the La Radikal village will be a meeting point for participants, families and companions, with activities, brands linked to the world of swimming and a festive atmosphere on the Llafranc promenade.

With safety, organization and a long history behind it, La Radikal remains much more than a sporting event; it is a way to experience the sea, share the effort and enjoy one of the most beautiful stretches of the Costa Brava.
